With over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, Realtor Ⓡ Angie Cody, the
team leader of the Angie Cody Team at eXp Realty ™, knows the key to successfully finding her
clients their dream homes. When she was encouraged to get into the real estate industry in 2006,
after her career in outside sales, she took the opportunity in hopes of creating a flexible lifestyle
for her son. “At that time, as a single mom, I wanted to be able to have a flexible work schedule.
It was important to me to pick up and drop off my son at school every day. A career in Real
estate provided me with a flexible lifestyle where I could help others. As I stuck with it, my
clientele began to grow,” Angie shared. Her passion for helping others and developing
relationships with clients has allowed her to not only become one of the best real estate agents in
Knoxville but has enabled her to build a team of eight agents at the Angie Cody Team. “When

“What is cool is that we had to be nominated to host the show by someone outside of our market.
I still don’t know who nominated me, but I am thrilled to highlight all Knoxville has to offer. We
plan on sharing events, things to do in the area, and a little about local real estate offerings,”
