Calculating Your Home’s Value
October 24, 2019 at 10:10am | Angie Cody
There are three ways you can calculate your home’s value.
If you want to know your home’s value, there are three ways you can figure it out. The first is by using an online valuation tool, which will give you a good range of your home’s worth. Keep in mind that these sites don’t take into account your home’s
condition, so don’t rely specifically on an online valuation. The next way is by hiring an appraiser, which will cost anywhere from $400 to $600, depending on the size of your home. Lastly, just ask me! I’d be happy to come out to your home, give it a
proper valuation, and offer some tips on how to help it sell for top dollar.
If you’d like to take me up on this offer and figure out what your home is really worth, just give me a call. If you have any other real estate questions, feel free to reach out to me as well. I look forward to hearing from you.
